Flexagon Acquires Rookery Software

We are excited to announce that Rookery Software has been acquired by Flexagon LLC, a leading provider of DevOps software for complex enterprise technology environments including Oracle, SAP and Salesforce. This acquisition enables us to significanlty extend our market leading solutions for Oracle configuration management and lifecycle automation by integrating with the powerful DevOps capabiilties provided by FlexDeploy.

What This Means

With the integration of ConfigSnapshot into the FlexDeploy platform, our customers will gain access to advanced DevOps features that will complement our existing configuration management and lifecycle automation offering:

• Increased Automation: Levaraging the workflow and pipeline capabilitiies of FlexDeploy will enable organization to implement end-to-end control of their deployments as well as other automation opportunities.
• Increased Efficiency: Integrating disparate tools and technologies to create a unified release mechanism beyond configuration allows organizations to coordinate their entire release management within a single platform.
• Improved Governance: Bolster controls by implementing features such as control gates, tailored approvals and further audit trails.
• Increased Integration: Extend seamless processes by integrating with service management systems, including ServiceNow and Jira as well as source control management systems such as Git and SVN.
